Are the items secondhand?
Yes! Every item is second hand/vintage. Each pieces are carefully checked, although a small flaw may be missed. Please consider this before ordering!
Do you restock sold out items?
Unfortunately no, our pieces are one of a kind vintage or preloved gem. So, once it's gone, it's gone. The good news though, fresh finds are uploaded regular and some are very similar!

What if I don't like something in my thrift box?
No worries! you can return that piece to swap it out for another item! Max swap is 2 items from your box you dislike.
