Shipping policy

 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


 International Shipping

 Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with your local post office or carrier.

For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.


 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
