Returns

We accept returns within [15 days] of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must be attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order number or receipt).

Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [wornthatcontact@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
