REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY 💚
Due to the one off nature of our Induvial vintage clothing and bags, we’re only able to accept returns or issue refunds for individual items if they are faulty and this was not mentioned in the product description.
For our Personalised Style Boxes:
You’re welcome to swap up to 2 items for alternatives of your choice.
If you're unhappy with the entire box, we can offer a partial refund, the full box is returned at your own cost.
We want you to feel amazing in your pieces so if something’s not quite right, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Are the items secondhand?
Yes! Every item is second hand/vintage. Each pieces are carefully checked, although a small flaw may be missed. Please consider this before ordering!
Do you restock sold out items?
Unfortunately no, our pieces are one of a kind vintage or preloved gem. So, once it's gone, it's gone. The good news though, fresh finds are uploaded regular and some are very similar!
